Resellers Policy

1. The Exclusivity

• Open Market Model: Afterthought Naturals does not grant exclusive territorial or city-wide rights to any individual, shop.

• Availability: Our goal is to make our products accessible in as many genuine kirana stores, supermarkets, organic shops, and local markets as possible.

• Direct Relationships: We prioritize building direct relationships with retailers and resellers rather than relying on traditional, large-scale, area-based distribution networks.

• Shared Territories: It is normal and expected for multiple retailers in the same geographic area to stock our products as part of our consumer brand growth. We reserve the right to supply products to any legitimate store based on availability and business needs.

2. Minimum Selling Price (MSP) Policy

To ensure healthy profit margins for all our partners and to protect the long-term premium value of the brand, resellers must adhere to our recommended minimum pricing:

Note: While slight local pricing flexibility is understandable, heavy price undercutting is strictly prohibited, as it harms other resellers. If a reseller is found selling significantly below these recommended prices, Afterthought Naturals reserves the right to terminate future business and suspend supplies.

3. Approved Sales Channels & Marketing

• Local Focus: Our reseller program is designed to support local commerce. We highly encourage resellers to focus on offline selling, building a local customer base, and running area-specific promotions.

• Online Restrictions: Running nationwide online ad campaigns, launching pan-India digital reselling efforts, or directly competing against Afterthought Naturals on e-commerce marketplaces is not permitted.

4. Brand Identity & Ethical Representation

• No White Labeling: All products are strictly sold under the "Afterthought Naturals" brand name. We do not offer white labeling or unbranded product supplies.

• Ethical Marketing: Resellers must not make false medical claims, misleading statements, or run deceptive advertisements that could negatively impact the reputation of the brand.

5. Payment Terms

• All orders will be processed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment, unless a separate written agreement has been authorized by Afterthought Naturals.

6. Agreement & Policy Updates

• Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing Afterthought Naturals products for resale, the shop or reseller automatically acknowledges and fully accepts these policies.

• Right to Modify: Afterthought Naturals reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these policies at any time to align with future business requirements.
